What is Family Mobile Data?
It is a collaborative service between Telkom and Telkomsel in the form of an IndiHome add-on service that offers a family quota package from Telkomsel. Family Mobile Data consists of a national quota (cannot be used for international roaming) which can be shared among the members and valid on all Telkomsel networks (2G, 3G and 4G).

What will occur with my IndiHome packages and bills if I subscribe to Family Mobile Data?
If you're currently a Telkomsel customer, you can subscribe to Family Mobile Data using your existing number. If you don't have a Telkomsel card, you'll need to buy a Telkomsel number beforehand.
How long is the validity period of Family Mobile Data package?
The Family Mobile Data package is active for 30 days and will renew automatically every 30 days as long as you subscribe to Family Mobile Data and make timely monthly payments (billed together with IndiHome).
Can I use data/phone services overseas with the Family Mobile Data package?
No, to enjoy roaming services, you need a separate package.
How long is the minimum subscription period for the Family Mobile Data package? Is there a penalty if I unsubscribe?
No minimum subscription period is required. You can cancel the Family Mobile Data package at any time. If you cancel before the current active period ends, Family Mobile Data will remain active until the end of that period.
Will my Telkomsel Halo package and bill still be valid when I subscribe to Family Mobile Data?
If you have a Telkomsel Halo package, you will still receive a separate bill for the card, apart from the Family Mobile Data bill. Your personal package will be used before the Family Mobile Data package.
Do I have to buy credit to keep my number active when I subscribe to Family Mobile Data?
All numbers included in the Family Mobile Data package will get an extended active period as long as they remain subscribed to Family Mobile Data. There's no need to purchase additional credit. Please note that the Telkomsel number used in the Family Mobile Data package must be active and not in the grace period to access the Family Mobile Data service.
If the internet quota in the Family Mobile Data package has run out, can I or my family still use Telkomsel internet services?
You must purchase regular internet services for each Telkomsel card to continue using the internet. You can select an internet package that meets your requirements.
How do I make a payment for the Family Mobile Data package?
The Family Mobile Data package bill will be included in your IndiHome bill. You can make the payment for both bills together using the available payment methods.

Family Mobile Data package bills will be included in your IndiHome bill for the next month. For instance, if you activate the Family Mobile Data package in July, the Family Mobile Data bill will be added to your IndiHome bill for early August. The Family Mobile Data package will be billed completely and remain active for 30 days.

Can I delete the Member Number registered on an active Family Mobile Data package?
Yes, you have the option to remove registered Member Numbers as long as the number of Members in the Family Mobile Data package exceeds 2 numbers.

If I decide to unsubscribe from Family Mobile Data, will my active package be lost?
